MDing a river park trail. 1-1/2 hour hunt. I knew there were coins there but was surprised to find so many. 12 quarters, 24 dimes, 1 nickel, several pennies, 1 token, and 2 wheaties–1956D and 1958D–found almost at the surface–probably lost back in the day when you could occasionally find them in your change(the area isn’t particularly old). It’s nice to find some wheaties as I went a long period without finding any. All in all, better than getting skunked!
